My Final Print' Internal Ephemeral'

I chose a black silkscreen ink to contrast the bright colours...

Finishing off my Final Piece...

Firstly, I used mono printing to create my back drops for my Silkscreen print.I  experimented with different Inks(relief and Intaglio), colours and techniques..I wanted to use bright colours so that they would be illuminated through the top silkscreen layer, so I chose greens, blues, yellows and reds.

Here I am working with Mono and silkscreen techniques for my final piece..

‘Migration’

Victoria Jane Sutherland BA Art &Design Year 3

 For this project I have created a series of abstract silkscreen prints entitled ‘ Migration’.

I have investigated movement, animal and human tracks and the journey from an uninhabitable place to a place of sanctuary.

My basis for making a Pentych is  because the number  five   resonates  energy ,transition, travel and change.
